Our team looks at square footage, insulation levels, window placement and existing ductwork before recommending anything, so what goes in is matched to your house today rather than to a decision made years ago.
The install itself is where a lot of the performance actually comes from. That means gas lines and venting sized correctly, duct connections sealed properly, gas pressure verified, and the thermostat programmed to match the new unit's staging. Even a top-tier, high-efficiency furnace will fall short of its rated output if it's connected to leaky ducts or an undersized return, so we treat the installation as central to the job rather than a final step to rush through.
Once everything is in place, we cycle the furnace through several heating runs, measure static pressure through the ductwork, confirm every safety control is functioning, and walk you through filter changes and day-to-day operation. Your old unit leaves with us — there's no equipment left behind for you to haul away or dispose of.
